One-time digital purchases

PawMaybe packs are one-time purchases of immediately delivered digital generation access. They are not subscriptions.

Eligible cases

Contact support@pawmaybe.com within 7 days if payment was duplicated, a confirmed paid order never unlocked, or a technical failure prevented delivery and our support team cannot restore or regenerate the pack.

Normally ineligible cases

AI results are subjective. A result that is usable but does not match personal taste is normally not refundable after HD assets have been accessed. The free preview is provided so you can judge the overall direction before buying.

How to request help

Include the checkout email and order number. Do not send card details. Approved refunds are returned through Creem to the original payment method and processing time depends on the payment network.
