One-time digital purchases

PawMaybe unlocks are one-time purchases of the two watermarked results already shown to you. They are not subscriptions, and every chosen price unlocks the same two originals.

Eligible cases

Contact support@pawmaybe.com within 7 days if payment was duplicated, a confirmed paid order never unlocked, or a technical failure prevented delivery and our support team cannot restore the two originals.

Normally ineligible cases

AI results are subjective. A result that is usable but does not match personal taste is normally not refundable after the originals have been accessed. The two watermarked results are provided so you can judge the exact works before buying.

How to request help

Include the checkout email and order number. Do not send card details. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method and processing time depends on the payment network.
