What PawMaybe collects

PawMaybe processes the two pet photos you choose, your generation settings, technical request data used to prevent abuse, and—if you unlock a result—your account email, chosen price, and order status. Card and wallet credentials are handled by PayPal and are not stored by PawMaybe.

How photos are used

Your photos are used only to create the fictional AI results you request. They are private by default, are not added to a public gallery, and are not used to train our models. We send the photos and generation instructions to our image-generation provider solely to perform your request.

Retention and deletion

Customer access to original uploads and generated results ends seven days after the task is created. A restricted administrative copy may remain in private storage for quality analysis and service improvement until an administrator deletes it. These images are not placed in a public gallery or used for advertising. The private result page also provides an immediate delete action; using it permanently removes the task's managed source, preview, and result files, including the restricted administrative media copy. Provider caches may take additional time to age out where required for security and service reliability.

Accounts, analytics, and cookies

An account and sign-in are required before creating a task so private results, task limits, and paid access can be restored safely. Essential cookies keep sessions and language preferences working. Optional analytics are enabled only when configured and must not include pet photos or private generation content.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We share the minimum required data with hosting, storage, image generation, authentication, email, and PayPal payment providers. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to prevent fraud and abuse.

Your choices

You can delete a generation from its private result page. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of account and order-linked data by contacting support@pawmaybe.com.
